— FIRST IMPRESSIONS —

APPEARANCE Nadine is a petite woman with long white hair, blue eyes, and a vaguely haunted expression. She tends to wear her hair loose, and favors white colored clothing and few accessories. After her first interaction with the Horizon, she has a small pair of pearly curved horns above her forehead.

CLOTHING Favors layered skirts and waistcoats over black blouses when working, and either a leather or canvas apron. Black leather pants and vests for desert excursions or sword training.

DEMEANOR Quiet and introverted are the first two words that come to mind. Nadine is naturally inclined to keep to herself and try not to draw much attention. She watches, though, and pays attention to what's going on around her. When at work in her clinic, there's a practical and professional air about her. And while she does tend to keep to herself personally, she's quick to help the community when she can.

AURAL Nadine has a soft voice and speaks relatively quietly, preferring to harden her voice rather than raise it when circumstances call for it. When she gets rolling and talking about something she's interested in, she automatically adopts her 'teaching' voice.

OLFACTORY Nadine prefers light and natural scents, just soap and maybe a little lightly scented floral oil for special occasions. If your character has a particularly sensitive nose, she probably also smells like Jaskier or Julie. When working, she tends to carry the scent of medicinal herbs and ingredients.

SKILL Nadine was a teacher, both naturally and professionally. She's extremely talented at connecting and communicating with kids on their level and keeping their attention. Kids and young people tend to be drawn to her.

SKILL Spiritually communicating with Randall Flagg utilizing a talking board - ouija or planchette. AKA ouija board sexting.

SKILL Espionage and reconnaissance. Nadine makes a surprisingly good spy, having done so for months prior to ending up here, engaging successfully in gathering information and sabotage without raising suspicion.

SKILL Healing and herbalism. Nadine, since coming to Abraxas, has been learning potion making and other medicinal herbalism. She is currently attending classes at the Cadens Academy of Medicine to expand her medical knowledge. She's in her second year. Her medical skills include first aid, triage/field aide, and minor surgery.
